The Parent of a Child Visa is for a parent who wants to live in the UK to care for a child who is British or settled, or who has lived in the UK for a qualifying period.
Requirements
- The child lives in the UK and is British, settled, or long-resident.
- You have sole or shared parental responsibility, or direct access.
- You take, and intend to continue to take, an active role in the child's upbringing.
- You meet the accommodation, financial and English requirements.
